Multiple race durations and various speed classes - with no silly themes or penalties. It all adds up to one thing: LOTS of seat-time, oodles of action and boot-loads of FUN...

About this race event

We start the day with a BANG!
A 40-lap Endurance race appropriately named the "Fire-Cracker 40". First across the line after 40 laps, with a maximum lap time of (nothing faster than) a 1:13 around Hampton Downs National Circuit.
Next, we serve up a 4-hour and an 8-hour Enduro (run concurrently) for all classes of cars, with 2 classes (breakouts of 1:15 and 1:20) on HD National Circuit.
Just for fun, we'll slip in a cheeky 1-hour race during the second half of the day (once the 4-hour Enduro has concluded).
Aimed at the more serious Endurance racers, the new MEGA events will become a regular feature of the NaZCAR calendar.

Event Schedule

* FireCracker40 is first to 40 laps (lap breakout of 1:13) with 1 or 2 drivers (an "Endurance Sprint")!
The "TRIPLE CROWN" is:
* 8 hour Endurance race is first across the line with most laps (class breakouts of 1:15 & 1:20) min 2 drivers (min 3 stops)
* 4 hour Endurance race is first across the line with most laps (class breakouts of 1:15 & 1:20) min 2 drivers (min 1 stop)
* 1 hour Endurance race is first across the line with most laps (class breakouts of 1:15 & 1:20) 1 or 2 drivers

* all activities & times subject to change
* no restriction on modifications, tyres or car performance enhancements
* all races are 'speed' related (lap breakout times apply)
* all cars must be caged & follow the NaZCAR and AASA Rules & Regs
* the 8 hour, 4 hour & 1 hour Endurance races run concurrently with a 5 minute finish/start protocol (under yellow) between races
* the 8 hour, 4 hour & 1 hour Endurance races are perfectly suited to all categories, NaZCAR PRO, Limes and Lemons cars
